POSITION SUMMARY:
The Attendant, Centralized Scheduling will work closely with Business Units to publish rosters using a demand-based method.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Produces rosters and daily reports in a timely manner to fulfill operational demands.
2. Encodes roster to Virtual Roster.
3. Monitors and coordinates attendance report from Time Manager.
4. Coordinates and monitors leave approvals.
5. Generates reports from Virtual Roster and Time Manager as required.
6. Addresses all queries related to Virtual Roster and Time Manager.
7. Assists in documentation of process and procedure related to Virtual Roster and Time Manager.
8. Assists with rostering related projects as required e.g. labor efficiency studies and analysis, roster quality issues.
9. Maintains and updates employee record in Virtual Roster including personal information.
10. Acts in accordance with established policies and procedures.
11. All other tasks as required by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
1. At least 0 to 2-year work experience in scheduling
2. Experience on Virtual Roster and Time Manager or other scheduling software preferred
3. Experience in time attendance and leave monitoring preferred
4. Relevant Scheduling Experience highly recommended
II. Education
College Degree preferred
III. Skills / Competencies
