The Gaming Operations Scheduler is responsible for managing employee schedule to ensure gaming operations, involves planning shifts, tracking attendance and adjusting schedule as needed to meet operational demand.

4.1. Essential Functions

Quality

4.1.1. Create and maintain employee work schedules based on department requirements and staff availability.

4.1.2. Manage time off requests, including vacation, sick leave, and personal days.

4.1.3. Adjust schedules to accommodate peak demand periods or unexpected changes.

4.1.4. Monitor and address scheduling conflicts, ensuring fair distribution of shifts.

Communication and Reporting:

4.1.5. Communicate schedule updates to employees and department head through various channels

(email, internal systems).

4.1.6. Generate reports on staffing levels, overtime hours, and absenteeism

4.1.7. Collaborate with department to identify staffing needs and address potential issues.

Others

4.1.8 Perform other duties as requested by management.

Nature of Work

4.1.9. Involves working on odd hours, on weekends, and on holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.1. Education

1.1.1. A Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or any related field

1.2. Experience

1.2.1. At least 1-year experience as HR Scheduler, administrator or its equivalent preferably in casino industry.

1.3. Knowledge and Skills

1.3.1. Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.

1.3.2.Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise communication with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

1.3.3.Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in scheduling data and adherence to company policies.

1.3.4.Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust schedules based on changing business needs.

1.3.5.Proficiency in software: Familiarity with scheduling systems and HR databases.
