We're on the lookout for passionate and customer-focused individuals to be part of our frontline team. As a Store Attendant / Barista, you'll help create memorable experiences for our customers while maintaining high product and service standards. From brewing handcrafted beverages to presenting our signature egg tarts, you'll be a key contributor to our daily store success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly approach.
  • Take and process orders accurately; share product details and storage tips.
  • Promote seasonal items and store promos to boost sales.
  • Handle customer feedback and escalate concerns professionally.
  • Build rapport to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.

Barista Duties

  • Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following company recipes.
  • Operate espresso and brewing machines safely and consistently.
  • Maintain high standards in beverage flavor, quality, and presentation.

Store Operations

  • Support daily opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure proper display, warming, and merchandising of products.
  • Handle POS transactions and monitor product freshness.
  • Follow food safety practices at all times.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Maintain clean and organized workspaces and customer areas.
  • Follow sanitation guidelines for food prep, waste disposal, and equipment cleaning.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Inventory & Stock Management

  • Restock shelves and displays throughout the day.
  • Monitor inventory and report shortages or spoilage.
  • Assist with daily stock counts and tracking.

Cash Handling & Sales Reporting

  • Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
  • Balance the cash drawer and report discrepancies.
  • Submit end-of-day sales reports to assigned personnel.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Attend team briefings and contribute to store audits.
  • Help onboard new staff and share best practices when needed.
  • Maintain respectful communication with colleagues and leadership.

Compliance & Accountability

  • Adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
  • Participate in evaluations and performance reviews.
  • Be responsible for store assets and any operational discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Barista or beverage preparation experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions

  • Assigned to various branches, events, or pop-up locations.
  • Shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Requires prolonged standing and occasional lifting.

Qualifications

  • Experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Barista or beverage preparation experience is a plus.
