Job Description

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll lead Bonterra's web and digital design strategies-building user-centric, high-converting, and visually compelling interfaces. You'll also manage a talented team of designers while driving innovation, collaboration, and performance across web platforms.

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience:

• 7+ years in UI/UX design, focused on SaaS platforms
• Proven success leading design teams and CRO strategies
• Expert-level knowledge in WordPress customization and theme development

Skills:

• Deep understanding of UI/UX principles and practices
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Experience in A/B testing and data-informed design
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development best practices

Leadership:

• Strong team-building and mentorship skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

Analytical:

• Skilled in Google Analytics, Hotjar, and CRO tools
• Data-driven decision-maker with a focus on results

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Your Daily Tasks

• Design Leadership: Lead the design vision and strategy for Bonterra's web and digital platforms. Oversee the end-to-end design process from conceptualization to implementation.
• UI/UX Strategy & Implementation: Develop user-centric designs that are intuitive, responsive, and aligned with Bonterra's business goals. Ensure the highest standards of usability and design quality across web interfaces.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies and techniques to improve website performance, user engagement, and conversion metrics. Continuously test and iterate designs based on analytics and A/B testing.
• WordPress Expertise: Lead the development and optimization of the company's WordPress-based website, collaborating with web developers to ensure that design and functionality are seamlessly integrated.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Development teams to align design strategies with business needs. Ensure a consistent brand experience across all digital channels.
• Team Management: Manage, mentor, and grow a team of UI/UX designers, ensuring alignment with Bonterra's goals and fostering a collaborative design culture.
• Industry Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Implement innovative design approaches that provide a competitive edge.
