About the Role

You will be responsible for designing and delivering user-centered, consistent, and accessible digital experiences for AlphaCredit's mobile and web products. By skillfully combining usability, clarity, and visual quality, you will translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, intuitive user flows, helping our customers achieve their goals with trust and ease.

You will work as an integral part of cross-functional Agile/Scrum squads, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business and Technical Analysts, Marketing, and other UX specialists.


Key Responsibilities

As a UX/UI Designer, you will contribute to the end-to-end UX/UI flow design for product features by:

  • Design & Prototyping: Translating complex business and user needs into clear flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Visual Quality: Designing all screens and states with careful attention to visual hierarchy, accessibility standards (WCAG), and overall design consistency.
  • Design System Management: Creating, applying, and contributing to the evolution of our Design System and its components/patterns.
  • Documentation & Handoff: Documenting processes, user flows, and detailed specifications to ensure seamless clarity for developers and testers.
  • Collaboration & Iteration: Collaborating closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation, and actively iterating designs based on user feedback and research.
  • Interface Design: Designing interactive physical interfaces (such as on-site kiosks, dealer platforms, or similar).

What You'll Bring
Required Experience & Knowledge (Mandatory)
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design.
  • Solid experience designing for mobile native apps and responsive web interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma and comfort working within an existing Design System.
  • Proven knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience designing inclusive user experiences.
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders (e.g., corporate or institutional environments).
Desired Experience & Skills (Preferable)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum workflows and experience working within a Scrum environment.
  • Some technical awareness regarding front-end constraints and feasibility.
  • Ability to document and present design solutions clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Exposure to web banking or general knowledge of the banking environment.
  • Affinity with the fast-evolving online environment and digital habits.
