Sales Account Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Creates and ensures the efficient implementation of approved sales network plans and programs.
  • Provides assistance to sales networks by delivering pertinent information such as project briefs, project orientations, performance and commission reports; and training programs.
  • Ensures the achievement of sales targets assigned to his/her account, supported by appropriate programs and within the prescribed budget.
  • Designs and proposes key initiatives and programs to enhance sales network performance.
  • Assists in organizing and participating in relevant sales & marketing events, training sessions and programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • With at least three (3) years of experience in sales, with a track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed targets
