Job Description

Job Title: Asset Service Technician

The Asset Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing assets such as IT equipment, coffee machines, and kitchen equipment. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure asset performance and longevity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues, implementing effective solutions.
  • Respond to service requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks and providing client updates.
  • Document service activities accurately in reports or systems.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure parts availability and scheduling.
  • Follow safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on product advancements and best practices.
  • Provide technical support, guidance, and training to clients and internal teams.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, strong communication, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); technical certification or vocational training (preferred).
  • 5–10 years' experience as a service or field technician, preferably in asset management or equipment maintenance.
  • Strong technical aptitude in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and independent task management skills.
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and on-call as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and clean record; able to travel and transport equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
