Responsibilities:

Fixed Asset Management

  • Reconciles fixed asset clearing account every month
  • Performs system addition of Property Plant Equipment (PPE) every month
  • Performs system retirement/disposal of PPE every month, if applicable
  • Performs system depreciation every month
  • Coordinates with external appraisers should there be a need to perform PPE appraisal
  • Reconciles lapsing and trial balance PPE cost and accumulated depreciation
  • Performs inventory and PPE count

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • With at least three (3) years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, or shared services operations, including exposure to general ledger management, financial reporting, and compliance activities
