As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our customers and team members to resolve technical issues and provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance technical knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Automotive Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electromechanical Engineering
  • Refrigeration Course (NC II)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
