Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the property / building safe, clean, and in good working condition. This role handles basic repairs, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and building/property structures. The technician quickly responds to repair requests, fixes problems, and ensures all facilities and equipment run smoothly. This position helps maintain a comfortable and safe environment.

Main Duties

Do regular inspections around the building or property.

Install, check, and repair aircon units (split-type, window-type, etc.).

Clean and maintain aircon systems (filters, coils, drain lines).

Check refrigerant levels and fix cooling issues.

Respond quickly to aircon service requests or breakdowns.

Fix basic electrical, plumbing, and general building issues.

Repair doors, windows, walls, floors, and other building areas.

Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment.

Keep tools and equipment clean and in good condition.

Report major issues to the supervisor or management.

Follow all safety rules and proper handling of electrical and aircon materials.

Keep maintenance logs and service records updated.

Assist with moving equipment, minor installations, and setup tasks when needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role

Experience in repairing and maintaining aircon units (split-type, window-type, etc.).

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs.

Ability to use common tools and aircon testing equipment.

Ability to read simple manuals, diagrams, and instructions.

Physically fit and able to work in tight or hot spaces.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Can work independently or with a team.

Valid driver's license and ability to drive for work-related purposes

Good communication skills.

HVAC/TESDA certification is a plus (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php18,070.00 per month
