Overview:

The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing content strategies to attract, engage, and convert our target audiences. The role requires the incumbent to blend strategic thinking, creativity, and strong writing skills to create compelling content that drives the business growth.

What You'll Do

As our Content Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing compelling content and campaign strategies that strengthen our brand's digital presence.

Your work will include:

  • Creating and managing content briefs for blog posts, articles, social media, videos, infographics, and other formats.
  • Supporting content creation by writing copy or designing simple visuals when needed.
  • Planning and managing content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.
  • Developing briefs for WhatsApp and Email (EDM) campaigns aligned with ongoing promotions and loyalty programs.
  • Monitoring engagement and responding to audience comments and feedback.
  • Collaborating with marketing, operations, and vendor teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Organizing and maintaining the content drive and asset folders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics.
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Performance Max), and content creation.
  • Data-driven mindset — able to analyze insights and adjust strategies for better engagement.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Meta Business Suite is an advantage.

Work Schedule: Hybrid Set-up

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
