Position: Influencer Marketing Specialist

Department: Marketing – Brand Deals

Work Setup: Onsite (Muntinlupa)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the ideation and creation of influencer campaigns for acquiring and maintaining KOLs/influencers.
  • Identify, select, coordinate, and follow up with influencers to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Analyze and monitor KOL performance and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  • Manage content and deliverables of all TRND influencers/KOLs to ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand standards.
  • Identify potential influencers/KOLs that best fit TRND's brand and campaign objectives.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with influencers/KOLs to ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Oversee contract terms and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables and targets.
  • Manage and track influencer/KOL deliverables and performance based on contract agreements.
  • Explore potential co-branding opportunities or collaborations featuring TRND influencers/KOLs.
  • Lead influencer/KOL development plans aligned with the company's brand image and goals.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in handling a wide range of talents such as influencers, artists, or celebrities is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with digital and influencer marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Has a broad network and understanding of the influencer industry.
  • Strong English communication skills, both oral and written (preferred).
  • Excellent negotiation and multitasking skills.
  • Must be proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Muntinlupa.
