We're looking for a dedicated and capable Manager for a healthy food brand FirePan Fresh who can help build and grow the brand from the ground up.

FirePan Fresh is focused on high-protein, fresh, and flavorful meals. A startup restaurant built on entrepreneurship, innovation, and service excellence.

The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and support the startup phase of the business. This role requires independence, strong leadership, and the ability to set up and manage operational systems. The successful candidate will work closely with the owner and will play a key role in growing the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and task delegation.
  • Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Handle customer concerns and ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and supplier coordination.
  • Support menu execution and product consistency.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, operations, inventory, and staff.
  • Manage marketing initiatives, especially social media promotions.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and basic financial monitoring.
  • Assist the owner (foreign national) in building operational systems and standard procedures for a startup environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant or food retail operations.
  • Strong managerial ability with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, independence, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Good command of MS Excel (for reporting, basic analysis, scheduling, and inventory tracking).
  • Knowledge or experience in marketing on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a startup environment and adapt to changing operational needs.

Work Details:

  • Location: San Lorenzo Place Mall, Makati City (near MRT Magallanes Station)
  • On-site
  • 6 days a week work schedule; mall hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
