Position Overview

The incumbent is expected to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with internal teams and onshore stakeholders. This role primarily oversees key projects and programs managed by the COO Office, serving as a facilitator and enabler for the COO and executive leadership team across various strategic and operational initiatives.

Key areas of focus include coordinating finance-related activities, managing governance meetings, supporting communication initiatives, and ensuring effective execution of strategic projects. The incumbent will also contribute to dashboard creation, reporting requirements, and other ad-hoc assignments. Close collaboration with the Manila CoE COO/Branch Manager is essential, with the expectation to deputize as needed on specific assignments.

Direct Responsibilities

Business Management Support


• Support all administrative, financial, and operational activities of the COO Office.


• Prepare, track, and maintain performance metrics and reports as required.


• Program-manage the delivery of organizational initiatives and ad-hoc assignments.


• Develop meeting materials, presentations, and communication packs.


• Provide secretarial and coordination support for selected meetings and forums.


• Create pitch decks and executive presentation materials to support office objectives.

Project Management Support | Strategic Projects


• Monitor and track strategic and cross-functional projects for the Manila CoE.


• Conduct pre-initiation project tasks and prepare necessary documentation.


• Define project deliverables, resource requirements, and detailed work plans.


• Facilitate project workgroups and stakeholder meetings; track progress through KPIs and metrics.


• Coordinate governance and committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing presentation packs, and maintaining minutes.

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent


• Experience: Minimum of 12 years relevant experience
