JOB SUMMARY:

The Online Sales Associate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's performance across various online marketplaces. This role includes product listing, order processing, customer service, monitoring marketplace metrics, and ensuring that all online sales activities are aligned with company standards and targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage online sales channels, including company website, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
  • Prepare and send quotations for standard and custom heat transfer products.
  • Maintain accurate and updated product listings, descriptions, and pricing online.
  • Follow up on online leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address customer-specific requirements.
  • Process and track online orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor activity and online market trends.
  • Prepare online sales performance reports for management.
  • Support online marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and conversions.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Specifications

  • Preferably with experience as an Online Sales Associate or similar role.
  • Familiarity with major online marketplace.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills. -Basic knowledge of sales reporting.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Proficient in using marketplace dashboards and Microsoft Office
