We're looking for an Ortigas-based Talent Acquisition Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment and can deliver polished, people-first results. This role is critical in supporting end-to-end recruitment operations and ensuring smooth candidate and client experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate job postings, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and employee communications.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure seamless recruitment operations.
  • Assist in sourcing for niche, urgent, and event-based staffing needs.
  • Track staff attendance, gather feedback, and provide support on special projects.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruitment/staffing experience (covering both temporary and permanent placements).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills in data analysis, reporting, and automation (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Background in staffing leadership within hospitality, retail, or events is an advantage.
  • Strong sourcing, documentation, and recruitment operations skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS, HubSpot, Slack, Calendly, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure.
