About the role

Become a vital part of the Document Control team at Virginia Food, Inc (VFI) in Compostela Cebu. As a fulltime Document Controller, you will play a critical role in managing the company's documentation and records, ensuring processes are streamlined and information is easily accessible. What you'll be doing

  • Establish and maintain an efficient document control system to manage all company records and documentation
  • Implement and enforce standard document management procedures to ensure documents are properly indexed, stored, and easily retrievable
  • Provide support in the preparation, review, and distribution of various business documents such as contracts, reports, and manuals
  • Assist in the development and implementation of document control policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless information sharing and document management
