Credit and Collection Associate

The Credit and Collection Associate shall be responsible in ensuring the implementation of Credit and Collection processes and policies, preparing Statement of Accounts and other necessary reports. S/He will be expected to follow up payment/s from clients through calls, emails and letters and do reconciliations. S/He will be expected as well to maintain good business relationship with both internal and external clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or equivalent.

  • With Credit and Collection experience

  • Must possess an above average organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Flexible, keen to details and with high sense of integrity

  • With above average oral and written communication skills

  • Must have a sense of urgency and initiative to perform duties even without instructions

  • Must able to cope up with pressures and deadlines.
