Qualifications:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- Client Relationship Management: Proven experience 2 years in managing client relationships within a business or agency setting.
- Project Management: Experience in project management, particularly in overseeing website or software development projects. Familiarity with creating and managing Gantt charts and ensuring alignment with project timelines.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of website management, including content uploading and updating, and familiarity with technical discussions related to software development.
- Documentation Skills: Experience in preparing bid documents, user manuals, and other project-related documentation.
3. Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address their needs.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to engage in technical discussions, understands client requirements, and translates them into actionable tasks for development teams.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure content and project documentation is accurate and aligned with client objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and project success.
4. Familiarity with Tools and Platforms:
- Project Management Software: Familiarity with tools likes Microsoft Project for creating and managing work plans (Gantt Charts).
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with CMS platforms for website content management.
- PhilGEPS: Knowledge of the PhilGEPS platform and the process of calling opportunities related to government procurement.
5. Soft Skills:
- Client-Centric Mindset: A strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
- Leadership: Ability to lead discussions, manage expectations, and guide teams toward achieving client objectives.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing project requirements and timelines.
