IT Service Desk Specialist – Centris, QC

Join a Global Tech Support Team | Onsite | Night Shift

Location: Centris, Quezon City

Setup: Onsite | Graveyard & Shifting Schedule

What You'll Do:

  • Provide efficient IT support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, VPN, Citrix, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Manage and resolve tickets via ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Handle Active Directory (AD) requests and account management
  • Deliver excellent technical assistance for international voice support

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 year Service Desk experience (international voice preferred)
  • Strong background in ServiceNow (SNOW) & Active Directory (AD)
  • Proficient in VPN, Citrix, hardware/software, and Microsoft Outlook troubleshooting
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • No short stints/job-hopping – we're looking for committed IT pros

Education:

  • HS Graduate (Old Curriculum)
  • Senior High Graduate
  • 2-Year Associate Graduate
  • College Graduate (Diploma required)
