Job Title: Event Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, venue management, speaker outreach, and community engagement.

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent research skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in event planning, including experience with deep research, customized outreach, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research to identify key speakers and experts in the industry
  • Customize and send outreach emails to secure speaker commitments
  • Manage and engage with members in online communities to foster meaningful conversations and drive event participation
  • Maintain comprehensive spreadsheets and databases tracking event communications and speaker outreach
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event planning, including logistics, venue management, and speaker outreach
  • Excellent research skills, with the ability to conduct thorough research and analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote environment
