Job Description:

  • Provide end user support on account creation, access administration and related issues, license and connectivity issues 
  • Incident Ticket Handling 2nd and 3rd level support of B2B Portals (operation, administration and support of applications) in accordance with the ITSM principles and KPI of the team 
  • Continuous monitoring of OEM and Supplier Portals in his/her area of responsibility based on ITIL or other Continental processes 
  • Responsible for compiling work instructions, training materials and deliver B2B trainings to internal colleagues 
  • Audit portal together with the OEM, perform regular audits to oversee the adherence to the customer Terms of Agreement

Qualifications:

  • Masters or bachelors degree in IT or related field.
  • With project management
  • Knowledge in ITSM, ITIL and Lean Methodology
  • OEM Portal knowledge
  • Experienced in collaborating with other parties and actively participating in and contributing to local and global projects

Additional Details:

  • Work Location: BGC, Taguig
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid set-up; Once a week onsite or as needed
  • Shift Schedule: Mid-Shift (2PM - 11PM / 3PM - 12AM)
