Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our HR Technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting payroll solutions that ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll operations. This role requires deep expertise in payroll processes, system configuration, and integration with finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, including payroll schemas, PCRs, wage type attributes, and payroll postings.
  • Configure time management including schema, rules, and time evaluation to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with local statutory requirements (e.g., payday reporting, IRD submissions, and other regulatory obligations).
  • Support system integration with Finance and other HR modules, ensuring smooth end-to-end payroll operations.
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and fit-to-standard assessments with business stakeholders.
  • Conduct payroll testing (unit, integration, and UAT) to validate configuration and ensure accuracy.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to optimize payroll processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure system alignment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant with hands-on project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and practices across multiple geographies.
  • In-depth expertise in Employee Central Payroll configuration, including:

Payroll schema and PCRs

Wage type attributes

Payroll posting and finance integration

Payday reporting to IRD/statutory compliance

Time schema, rules, and time evaluation

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification.
  • Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central.
  • Prior experience in multi-country payroll implementations is an advantage.
