HIRING, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

Mc Wilson Corporation is the company behind different casual dining restaurants like Gringo-Chicken Ribs Friends, Tokyo Bubble Restaurant, Honeybon Cafe, and Tatatito (25 branches and expanding)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct regular inspections of restaurants
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance.
  • Knowledge in Bills of Material breakdown, costing of labor is a plus
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and civil works
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Train and mentor junior maintenance staff.
  • Leads forecasting and demand planning for the departments
  • Amenable to working on Saturdays
