We're looking for skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Accounting Professionals who are ready to take on challenging and rewarding roles.

Whether your background is in Property Management Accounting, Hospitality Accounting, or Full-Cycle Bookkeeping, we have multiple positions open — from Staff Accountant to Senior CPA and Virtual Accountant/Bookkeeper.


About the Roles

Depending on your experience, you may be considered for one of several available CPA and accounting roles:

  • Staff Accountant (Property Management / Real Estate)

    Handle full-charge bookkeeping, trust accounting, reconciliations, and backlog cleanup for multi-entity property portfolios.
  • Certified Public Accountant (Hospitality Industry)

    Manage multiple client accounts in hospitality and restaurants, performing full-cycle accounting, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Senior CPA

    Lead complex reconciliations, monthly closings, and compliance reporting while supporting financial analysis and process improvements.
  • Accountant / Bookkeeper (Virtual Assistant)

    Manage daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks, reconcile accounts, and assist with communication and coordination via email and Slack.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform full-cycle accounting — bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Reports.
  • Manage trust, property, and operating accounts accurately and compliantly.
  • Support audit and cleanup projects for multi-entity clients.
  • Communicate with clients, property managers, and leadership teams to ensure accuracy and clarity in reporting.

Qualifications
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • 2–5+ years of accounting experience (Property Management, Hospitality, or Public Accounting preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting standards
  • Experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop); familiarity with Sage, RentVine, or Revela PMS a plus
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision

Compensation
  • Rate: Up to $10 per hour, depending on experience and role level
  • Work Setup: Fully Remote
  • Schedule: Full-time
