Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence for the Director of Operations.
  • Staffing Coordination:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain staffing records and assist in performance evaluations by gathering necessary documentation and feedback.
  • Team Communication: Act as a liaison between staff and management, facilitating clear communication and addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Data Management: Assist in tracking and analyzing clinic performance metrics and staffing efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Help coordinate ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Help ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and assist in maintaining high standards of patient care.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor supplies and assist with procurement processes for dental materials and office supplies.
  • Reporting: Prepare start-of-day and end-of-day reports
