Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards) to promote a safe working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Machine Operation: Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery and equipment.
Technical Skills: Ability to operate various kinds of machines and understand manufacturing processes.
Attention to Detail: Crucial for setting up machines, monitoring operations, and performing quality checks.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting issues and performing minor repairs.
Physical Stamina: Must be able to handle manual tasks and operate machinery.
Computer Literacy: Familiarity with basic computer operations for reporting and machine control.
Basic Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and the ability to work with hand tools and gauges.
