OLFU is in need of a Registrar's Staff (Reliever) to provide clerical and administrative support in the registration, reporting, updating and safekeeping of student records with the following qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any of the following courses: AB Communication, BSBA Marketing Management, BS Information Technology or BS Data Management
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized with strong attention to details
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • With at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Able to perform document management
  • Experienced using Hubspot software
  • Willing to be assigned at Lagro, Quezon City
