The Store Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gadget store, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support store staff in sales, customer service, and cashiering
  • Monitor and achieve store sales targets and performance metrics
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalated customer concerns
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product displays
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate sales associates to improve performance
  • Coordinate with management regarding promotions, pricing, and sales strategies
  • Maintain store cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with company policies
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
  • Assist in organizing in-store promotions, launches, and events

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Graduate of any IT related course / Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Descriptions:

  • Strong knowledge of technical and scientific products, including the functions and components that enable the products to work.
  • Promote and sell the product by demonstrating how it works along with the benefits it can offer potential customers.
  • Can work with less supervision
  • Has strong organizational skills to give the team direction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
