JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation/ Role: Team Leader

Work Timing: Night Shift

Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
  • Experience in handling team of 10 to 20 CSRs
  • Must have strong clinical critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas
  • Willing to work in any shift.
  • Can start ASAP

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Distribution of Workload to team members

  2. Helping the team in handling & resolution of work-related problems, understanding & interpretation of issues and decision making.

  3. Provide leadership and focus to the project teams.

  4. Responsible for the productivity, quality and overall performance of the projects

  5. Escalate and follow up for resolution for all issues that affect work.

  6. Learn and implement new client systems. Coordinate and organize training for new employees as well as for existing members of the team based on the project's requirement.

  7. Interaction with the clients & taking feedback from clients and formulating Strategies to meet the client's specific needs and expectations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
