STAFFLUENCE RESOURES INC (SRI) is looking for an DISPATCHER PLANNER/TEAM LEADER to be assigned in our office in ILOILO CITY

Primary Function:

  • Manages outbound deliveries and ensures that such contains the right items in terms of class, receives and dispatches goods and ensures that Sales Order, Invoices and Delivery Receipts are properly filed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

SALES ORDER

  • Checking and receiving of Daily Sales Order from Sales Admin.

DISPATCH SCHEDULE

  • Monitor Delivery truck status.
  • Planning and dispatch daily delivery.
  • Ensure on time delivery.
  • Constant communication with the driver's and helpers.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information regarding directions, load information, delivery times and other special load related information.
  • Daily submission of dispatch report to head office.

P.O.R / SDS / PCS

  • Monitoring of pending POR receipts & replacement.
  • Checking and issuing Pull Out Transfer Slip for pulled out defective items.
  • Close coordination with Product Service for pull out or delivery of parts.

TRUCK

  • Monitoring of Daily truck expenses.

FG

  • Close coordination with FG warehouse inventory controller for the stocks availability.
  • REPORTS AND DOCUMENTS.
  • Sorting and filling of documents.
  • Updating of logistics record.
  • Daily receiving, checking and submission of Sales Invoice, Delivery receipts, P.O after delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,338.00 per month
