The Store Team Leader is responsible for supervising café and lounge staff, managing schedules, monitoring inventory, and ensuring consistent service quality. As a front-line leader, the Store Team Leader ensures that guests enjoy both the golfing and café experience through excellent service and well-managed operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the café and golf lounge area
  • Supervise and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Monitor product inventory, sales performance, and cash handling
  • Ensure proper food, beverage, and equipment handling following company standards
  • Coordinate with kitchen and barista staff for efficient service flow
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Support management in planning promotions, events, and special offers
  • Conduct team briefings, performance monitoring, and on-the-job training
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the café and recreational area
  • Prepare sales and operations reports as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree / College Level in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in a café, restaurant, or leisure establishment)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented and able to manage a dynamic team
  • Knowledgeable in food and beverage service operations
  • Organized, responsible, and results-driven
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
