Assistant Store Team Leader

The Assistant Store Team Leader assists in overseeing store functions such as sales, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. The role ensures that the store meets its performance goals while maintaining a professional and engaging atmosphere. This includes monitoring staff productivity, helping resolve customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Assistant Store Team Leader also acts as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) when the Store Team Leader is unavailable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervising daily store operations and sales activities
  • Support the Store Team Leader in achieving sales and performance targets
  • Provide guidance, motivation, and feedback to store staff
  • Handle customer inquiries, product concerns, and complaints effectively
  • Monitor product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for product deliveries and replenishments
  • Ensure proper cash handling and accurate reporting of sales transactions
  • Help implement marketing promotions, visual merchandising, and store events
  • Prepare basic reports on sales, staff performance, and inventory
  • Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) during the absence of the Store Team Leader

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree / College Level in Information Technology, or any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, sales, or store supervision (preferably in a gadget or electronics store)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledgeable in gadgets, mobile devices, and tech products
  • Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
