Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in the water treatment equipment sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our products and services, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge and marketing expertise to effectively position our solutions in industrial, commercial, and residential markets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote water treatment systems (RO, softeners, filters, UV/UF, ETP/STP, etc.)
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities
  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media
  • Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities
  • Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, product datasheets, and case studies
  • Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and client events
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize the company's website and social media presence
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and media outlets
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote a range of water treatment solutions (RO systems, softeners, filters, ETP/STP units, etc.)
  • Develop digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Email Marketing, etc.)
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and technical teams for content creation and product promotions, resulting in generating and qualifying leads from marketing efforts
  • Maintain and update marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and case studies
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and positioning strategies
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance using analytics tools

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the water treatment, environmental engineering, or industrial equipment sector
  • Knowledge of water purification/treatment technologies and systems is a strong advantage
Skills:
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate technical features into customer benefits
  • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good organizational and project management skills
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Understanding of technical product positioning and customer segmentation

Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, trade shows, or field research
  • Valid driver's license (if travel is required)
