The Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for the seamless execution and operational management of a dedicated portfolio of advocacy and business partnerships. This role is crucial for ensuring all contractual obligations, particularly those focused on plastic collection targets and logistics, are met, and that our partners remain satisfied and engaged with Restore Solutions PH's mission

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contract Execution & Operational Management

  2. Own the day-to-day management of assigned partnership agreements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all deliverables, especially related to plastic collection activities.

  3. Coordinate internal teams (e.g., Logistics, Operations) to align resources and schedules necessary to fulfill partner contracts.

  4. Proactively monitor and track progress against specific metric targets (e.g., weight/volume of plastic collected) and communicate achievements and potential risks to the Partnerships Lead.

  5. Partner Relations & Advocacy

  6. Serve as the primary, independent point of contact for partner representatives, building strong, trust-based, and long-term relationships.

  7. Troubleshoot and resolve partner concerns and inquiries promptly, escalating only complex strategic issues to senior management.

  8. Facilitate joint advocacy activities, meetings, and reporting sessions to maintain high partner engagement and alignment with our environmental mission.

  9. Data Integrity and Reporting

  10. Maintain a meticulously organized database of partnership records, communication logs, and contract documentation.

  11. Collect, verify, and compile accurate performance data (plastic collection volumes, activity status) for weekly and monthly internal/external reports.
  12. Assist in preparing professional presentations and reports that summarize partnership impact and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of demonstrable professional experience in project coordination, account management, client service, or logistics execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino, with a professional and diplomatic approach.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks (a partnership portfolio) independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • High proficiency in using data management tools, particularly Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, for tracking and reporting metrics.

Preferred

  • Direct experience in waste management, recycling, environmental, or supply chain/logistics sectors.
  • Familiarity with B2B or B2G contract management and execution
