Role Overview

The Junior Art Director & Graphic Designer supports the visual identity of The Moment Group's brands, stores, and campaigns. You will help develop visual directions, key visuals, and creative assets for digital, print, and in-store initiatives while collaborating with the Design Team, cross-functional departments, and Interior Design/Builds teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and maintaining brand visual directions for campaigns and initiatives
  • Design print, digital, and social media marketing materials
  • Support photoshoots and prepare pre-production assets
  • Contribute to in-store graphics and artwork for new store openings
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers to meet deadlines and ensure quality
  • Assist in commercial partnership materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in graphic design or art direction (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of print and digital production requirements; motion/web design is a plus
  • Strong visual sense, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Effective communicator and team player
  • Hybrid setup in Makati
