Job Summary:

Product Specialist is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic partnerships that advance the Association's business objectives - to enhance membership growth, product adoption, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain partner relationships and end-to-end lifecycle – from initiation to renewal or completion – with our disbursement channel and merchant partners.
  • Strategize projects and initiatives that will grow and maintain our partnerships, ensuring our Members will benefit from them.
  • Ensure all partnership obligations – both from PSSLAI and external partners – are clearly stated in necessary partnership documentation, and fulfilled by all parties concerned, in coordination with Legal, Compliance, and other relevant units, and ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory and the Association's standards.
  • Explore, propose, and on-board new and relevant partnership with other stakeholders to grow our membership and conversion.
  • Work closely with Product Development and Marketing Communications Department and other internal departments to ideate and execute partnership initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
  • Establish and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or institutional relations—preferably from a banking or financial institution.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Marketing or related fields. MBA or other post-graduate degrees relevant to the field will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with BSP or cooperative regulations is an advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
  • Willing to travel within the Philippines.
