We've partnered with a leading Australian fire services company. As a Jr. Estimator (fire systems), you'll prepare accurate, compliant quotes for dry fire system defects logged in Uptick.

You'll turn inspection and maintenance data into clear, audit-ready scopes of work aligned with AS 1851, manufacturer standards, and client needs—working closely with technicians, operations, and account teams to ensure accuracy and clarity.

What you'll work on

  • Review and clarify dry fire defects in Uptick
  • Prepare clear, compliant quotes and scopes (AS 1851)
  • Ensure technical accuracy across systems (Notifier, Ampac, Siemens, or similar)
  • Manage quoting and data accuracy in Uptick
  • Collaborate with technicians, operations, and account teams
  • Support quality checks and continuous improvement

What we're looking for

  • Strong knowledge of dry fire detection and alarm systems
  • Working knowledge of AS 1851 and Australian compliance
  • Experience with Uptick or similar systems
  • Accurate pricing and strong documentation skills
  • Clear communicator; organised and detail-focused
  • Experience supporting Australian projects preferred
  • Available to start soon

  • Background in fire protection, safety, construction, or compliance
