Here's what you'll take on:

As a Jr. Parts Associate, you'll be rotated across various functions, giving you valuable hands-on experience and exposure to different parts of the business. Your initial responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts to their intended destinations
  • Handling parts ordering, transfers, exportation, and claims processing
  • Submitting completed forms to the appropriate approving authorities
  • Processing Picking Lists, Sales Bookings, and Invoices
  • Monitoring and updating parts and service sales invoices in the system on time

We're Looking for Individuals Who:

Graduated in BS Industrial Engineering, BS Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent course

Are proficient in Microsoft Excel

Have strong attention to detail and accuracy

Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills

Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Are effective team players who can communicate across the organization and with external partners
