ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGERBrief Description:

The Electrical Construction Manager oversees and manages all electrical works and systems in a construction project, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved designs, standards, and regulations. This position is responsible for planning, coordination, supervision, and quality control of all electrical construction activities from start to completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all electrical works at the project site, including installation of power systems, lighting, grounding, cabling, and control systems.
  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of electrical engineers, supervisors, and electricians to ensure timely completion of project targets.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), safety standards, and project quality requirements.
  • Monitor progress, material usage, and manpower productivity.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, mechanical, instrumentation, etc.) to resolve technical issues.
  • Prepare and review work schedules, progress reports, and inspection reports.
  • Manage electrical subcontractors and suppliers; evaluate work performance and compliance.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, workmanship, and adherence to plans.
  • Participate in testing, commissioning, and turnover of completed electrical systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and recommend solutions for site-related problems.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (Registered Electrical Engineer preferred).
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in electrical construction management (preferably in infrastructure, water, or industrial projects).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, installation, and testing procedures.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Must be familiar with DOLE safety regulations and construction site procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
