Detailed Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Install electrical wiring, conduits, outlets, lighting, and power distribution systems according to approved plans and safety standards.
  • Conduct testing and inspection of electrical systems to ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC).
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, equipment malfunctions, and power interruptions.
  • Assist in the installation of temporary power supply and lighting for ongoing construction activities.
  • Coordinate with engineers, foremen, and other trades to ensure proper integration of electrical works.
  • Maintain tools, electrical materials, and equipment in good working condition.
  • Observe strict compliance with safety regulations and permit-to-work procedures.
  • Support commissioning and energization activities under the supervision of an Electrical Engineer.

Qualifications:

  • Vocational or TESDA certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in construction electrical works.
  • Knowledge of electrical layouts, safety standards, and load distribution.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams.
  • Physically fit and safety-conscious.
  • With NC II or NC III certification is an advantage.
