  1. Knowledge in Design, Energization ,Testing and Commissioning of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment. Such as pumps, genset and STP)
    Knowledge in determining and checking the volts, amperage supply of for each individual circuits Demarcation Line of each Equipment supply and Panels including Solar, Net Metering and Termination Meralco Supply upstream and downstream feeds.
    Knowledge in FDAS, Auxiliary Lines, Internet Termination connections.
    Knowledgeable in Construction

  2. Management process flow of documentation, Estimation & Quantity Surveying, checking of works, evaluation of Contractors Billings, Change Orders, other pertinent documentation processes.

  3. Knowledgeable in preparing Weekly, Monthly reports with Good Communication, Correspondence, Skills and Excellent in MS Office Works and other Applications Relative to project documentation.

  4. Must be Electrical Engineering Graduate but not necessarily licensed. Must have an 3 years Experienced in the related field of Construction Management processes.
