The Field Service Technician - Tech Support is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving service concerns in the shortest possible time and in the fewest number of visits. He shortens resolution time by clarifying the issue, bringing all items needed, conducting isolation, and completing documentation needed for the closure of the job order and for billing requirements. He is also responsible for improving his skills to be able to resolve most service calls.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably a graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in handling ELV Systems and Design
  • Knowledge of various Auxiliary Systems such as CCTV, Access Control, FDAS, Intercom, PABGM, Structured Cabling, and PABX
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD and SketchUp
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Passion for repair and maintenance of electronic equipment and items
  • Fair knowledge of hardware and software design in terms of electronics
  • Capable of creating technical training modules and conducting technical training on company products
  • Can interpret plans and documents such as floor plan layout and single line diagrams
  • Background in System Configuration
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in verbal and written
  • Effective presentation and leadership skill
  • Fast-learner, quick on their feet, and willing to be trained
  • Knowledgeable of modern computer system
  • Willing to do field works nationwide as needed
  • Ready for-full time employment and willing to start immediately
  • Preferably a resident of Pasig, Mandaluyong or nearby areas
  • Salary depends on work-related experience and ELV Systems knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100.00 per month
