  • Makes recommendations on performance, reliability, security and scalability by improving internal processes and making recommendations on new hardware and software.
  • Trains Software Specialist / Help desk for software deployment, standardization and support.
  • Researches, evaluates and recommends software solutions based on given requirements.
  • Maintains automated data processing systems and computer application programs

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in BS Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
  • Extensive understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and software
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and ability to multi-task.
