SUMMARY

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering technical projects across our client portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with engineers, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure timely, efficient, and budget-conscious execution of IT initiatives. Candidates must bring a background in Managed Services, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of technical infrastructure.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


• Manage multiple concurrent client-facing IT projects, such as Microsoft 365 migrations, server upgrades, network deployments, and cloud transitions.


• Create, maintain, and track detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications with clients and internal teams.


• Coordinate cross-functional resources including internal engineers and third-party vendors.


• Monitor project progress, identify risks and roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.


• Ensure resource allocation aligns with project schedules and business priorities.


• Conduct project closeout activities including documentation, lessons learned, and client satisfaction feedback.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:


• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related field – Preferred

Experience:


• 3+ years of project management experience in an MSP or IT services environment – Required


• Experience managing infrastructure, networking, and cloud-based projects – Required


• Strong communication skills and experience managing client expectations – Required


• Prior experience working remotely and independently – Required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and cloud services.


• Familiarity with project management tools such as Moovila, Autotask, or ConnectWise Manage.


• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.


• Proactive problem-solving ability with a client-focused mindset.


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

Certifications:


• PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred


• CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) – Preferred


• Other relevant project or technical certifications – Preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS


• Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.


• Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
