About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Operations Executive to join our dynamic team at JR&R Distributors Inc.'. This full-time role is based in Metro Manila and will play a crucial part in driving our e-commerce and sales operations strategies.What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee the end-to-end sales operations processes, including order management, inventory tracking, and customer support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer experience

Analyze sales data and generate reports to provide insights that inform decision-making and strategic planning

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded

Assist with the planning and execution of marketing and sales campaigns to drive e-commerce growth

Provide training and support to the sales team to help them maximise their performance and productivity

What we're looking for

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales operations or e-commerce-focused role

Excellent customer service and relationship management skills

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and sales automation tools

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
