What You'll Work On

Daily and Weekly Bookkeeping

Monthly Reconciliations and Reporting

  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations every month

Invoicing and Billing Operations

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients
  • Track overdue invoices and manage collections follow-ups
  • Ensure accurate reconciliation between invoicing tools and accounting software

Tax, Compliance, and Financial Admin

  • Maintain clean records for tax preparation and audits
  • Support leadership and external accountants during tax season
  • Keep digital files, receipts, and compliance documents up to date
  • Assist with contractor payments and payroll coordination when needed

Systems and Process Improvement

  • Keep bookkeeping processes documented, simple, and easy to follow
  • Recommend improvements to increase accuracy and reduce manual work
  • Help evaluate tools or automations that could streamline financial workflows
What You Bring
  • 3 to 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting support experience
  • Strong proficiency with Airwallex or similar platform
  • Solid understanding of AR/AP, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping principles
  • High attention to detail and comfort managing large volumes of financial data
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with leadership and vendors

Nice to Have

  • Experience with payroll coordination
  • Comfort working in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Familiarity with financial reporting or budgeting
  • Exposure to automations using tools like Zapier, Airtable, or GSheets
