Join the team supporting our 24/7 AI partner in a project-based voice campaign. We're looking for enthusiastic and professional agents ready to deliver excellent customer service by managing the end-to-end shopping experience for customers.

Your Role in E-commerce Support:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to specific accounts, products, and services.
  • Manage shopping account processes: order placement and tracking, refunds, and product replacements.
  • Educate customers on product information and use a consultative sales approach or suggestive pitches to maximize customer purchases.

What We Need From You:

  • Ability to navigate systems efficiently (including the Microsoft Office Suite) and maintain a pleasant telephone manner.
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to interact effectively with both teammates and customers, including those requiring escalation.
  • Proven ability to maintain composure in stressful or high-pressure situations.
  • Thorough knowledge of online shopping practices is a must.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience Track 1: High School or Senior High School Graduate with a minimum of 6 months of call center experience handling an international account.
  • Experience Track 2: Completed at least 2nd year of college (no prior call center experience required).
  • Must be amenable to project-based employment and comfortable working weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules in a 24/7 environment. (Sales experience is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php20,000.00 per month
