Role: Customer Support Agent L1 Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in Customer Support, Financial Services, Crypto, or Technology industries.
  • Experience handling multiple support channels, including voice, messaging, and email.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Shift work and weekend schedules are required.
  • Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Experience in crypto exchanges or financial services, ideally in payments, trading operations, or technical support.
  • Willing to work onsite from an office in Manila, Philippines.

Nice to Haves:
  • Familiarity with Google Apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Amazon Connect.
  • Experience collaborating with external business partners.
