- Experience handling multiple support channels, including voice, messaging, and email.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams and stakeholders.
- Shift work and weekend schedules are required.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth, fast-paced organization.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Experience in crypto exchanges or financial services, ideally in payments, trading operations, or technical support.
- Willing to work onsite from an office in Manila, Philippines.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with Google Apps, JIRA, Salesforce Service Cloud, or Amazon Connect.
- Experience collaborating with external business partners.
