Key Responsibilities:

  1. Backend Development

  2. Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Python or

  3. Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices

  4. Collaboration & Issue Resolution

  5. Work closely with product owners and other developers to define and deliver new features

  6. Troubleshoot and debug issues in development and production environments

  7. Code Quality & Testing

  8. Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality

  9. Develop unit and integration tests to ensure stability and performance

  10. Documentation

  11. Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, APIs, and systems

  12. Contribute to internal knowledge bases and wikis

  13. CI/CD & DevOps Support

  14. Work with DevOps and Cloud teams to integrate and support CI/CD pipelines

  15. Assist in deployments and environment management

  16. Learning & Growth

  17. Stay up-to-date with modern backend technologies and frameworks

  18. Actively seek feedback and opportunities to improve skills

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months to 1 year of backend development experience; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in Python or
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and backend development practices
  • Familiarity with version control (Git)
  • Basic knowledge of cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Amenable to work in a remote set up

Nice to have:

  • Cloud Certification
  • Exposure to databases (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with Docker or containerization
  • Experience working in Agile teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
